Take apart king bed base, take up stairs, and reassemble - it was custom made and couldn’t fit up the stairs in one piece. Put up door hooks and pictures.

Deck, seat and steps clean with pressure washer after applying deck wash, light sand some lightly moulded areas and apply two coats on integrain deck oil. This is a small deck, seat and 3-4 steps. Most is in very good condition, only a few boards need a light sand to remove mould. Oil and deck wash are supplied. Tasker to bring their own pressure washer and oil applicator. Need someone experienced and knowledgeable. Area less than 20sqm. Must be reliable and punctual and able to liaise with my elderly mother.

Looking for a quote for a tradesperson to assemble the Ikea Pax wardrobes pictured below, safely affix to wall, build a frame for it to sit in, and close in to create built in finish like the example shared. Ceilings are approx. 3M. All Ikea products are purchased and onsite for the work to be completed. Quote to include any materials for the frame/built-in effect, and all labour. I will paint them once the bases and fillers have been put in and the cabinets have been fixed to the wall. I need them completed by 12 Jul, ideal between 8AM and 2PM on a weekday.
