We have a brick walled 2 bedroom unit in Kings Beach that, because we replaced the carpet with vinyl, now has rough edging at the bottom of the walls where it wasn’t rendered. We want to have a VERY FLAT profile skirting “board” installed through the unit. The areas involved are the living/dining, hallway and 2 bedrooms. No particular timeframe in mind - whenever you could fit us in. **You would also need to source the skirting board.

After an idea of the cost to get the kitchen installed. Deciding whether to do it myself. The room is a shell and ready to go in about a week. Is it a cost per unit etc … stone bench tops are going in so it needs to be spot on level 😀
