House has subfloor access to inspect, and the area of concern is at the low side of the subfloor. We are wanting to install a bench with a hole in it to integrate a stovetop. We also want a compartment at the bottom to fit a separate oven. We just need the joinery and will figure out the installation of oven and stovetop later. This is to fill in the gap where we currently have a broken freestanding oven/cooktop. We will remove this ourselves.
