Hi, would like to have our new tool shed built to last. Will need a bit of concreting to make the base perfectly level to existing cement . Situated in Kirrawee, easy access, flexible day and times. Ideally completed within a week or so.

Exterior Door to hung (2040x820x35). Use existing hardware if feasible. small concrete slab (35x55 cm) to be formed and laid. upright letterbox to be dyna bolted to the slab once it sets. Will have 4x sections of rebar, quick-set concrete and dyna bolts. Prefer a qualified carpenter or handyman.

I would like to have a floating desk built between a two wall alcove in my apartment. The length is approx 220cm. Photo provided as an example. Shelves not required.

Existing bathroom was a suspended concrete slab and has now been demolished. For the wall framing, I will need a 1.8m x 2.7m wall (with doorway) removed and re-framed (increasing the size of the room by about 0.90m). There are a few (less than 5) noggings which also need to be replaced. For the floor, the old bathroom was 1.8 x 2.6m. I want this extended to 1.8 x 3.5m. The existing floor in the doorway/hallway (roughly 0.9m x 1.8m) to be removed and re-framed. Would like this to be completed ASAP. Thank you for your time to review.

I have a front porch that firstly either needs roof patch/repair in one panel and or replacement. If patch repaired (preferred) I want the two coronation posts also boxed in with timber as plan to cover pebble crete with timber flooring too but need roof done first. That is first quote. The 2nd quote is complete replacement of both roof and posts, meaning I would have timber posts at ends of porch to all a clear view, if the loading allowed or again, could box in existing posts but brand new roof.

I am currently searching for a carpenter who operates within the Kirrawee, NSW area. Create and build a shoe rack with compartments, as well as a separate stool that has either storage or an open area for extra shoes. I need someone to assemble and install IKEA Metod closed cabinets into our small office room for full wall storage. Office is downstairs near the front door. All pieces for assembly are in the room or right outside in the hallway. Cabinets are two side by side Metod high cabinet frames: 200cm tall x 80cm wide x 37cm deep. Top of each contains shelving and bottom halves each contain three drawers. Job also requires cutting to size and installing additional front panels at the top and sides to create flushed wall-to-wall built in effect. Additional considerations: Back corner of room has protruding section. The two frames should fit across the straight back section of the wall (160cm) with a front panel covering the protruding section on the far right. However, there is a chance the second frame will need to be cut to fit to accommodate. Ideally installer is carpenter and can advise and make any needed adjustments. Job may require removing bottom skirting board from the wall.
