I have 40 odd hardwood sleepers (black butt). They were milled 1 1/2 years ago and air dried. We want to use them to build a fence. For the fence, the sleepers will be standing next to each other vertically. So they need to be very straight and parallel to each other. Since they are rough sawn, most of them are not perfectly straight. Seeking a planer to put them through. Happy to negotiate a reasonable price. - Due date: Flexible

Task to include all materials and labour. - line the inside walls and ceiling with drywall and plastered ready to paint. - Skirting around the entire base - Architrave around 2 door frames and one small window - Divider wall through the middle of it with an internal door More details:- - Fit corrugated foam infills along both sides of walls - Pump foam spray in gable end. - Build wall with door at 1 end. - Install extra timber in walls for gyprock fixing. - Fit extra pine in garage roof to take ceiling battens. - Brace new timber where needed to rafters. - Install new ceiling battens. - Install silver sark foil over corrugated roof sheets to stop condensation drips. - Sheet ceiling with 10mm Gyprock ready for plastering. - Install insulation in all walls and ceiling. - Sheet walls with 10mm Gyprock ready for plastering. - Cut new skirting boards ready for fitting after plastering finished. We have not purchased the doors yet but we currently have sliding doors around 1800x2000. We’d like to extend the opening to around 2100 or up to 2400. We have a block home. Will require a lintel I’m guessing for the structural support. I’d like someone to cut the opening and frame the opening to make the doors work. We haven’t purchased the doors yet due to needing advise on what size would be best for the space.
