I need to install a structural beam / lintel

Experienced deck stainer with references required to revitalise a covered deck. Deck and steps is approximately 22sq m, is 2 years old and in excellent structural condition. There are some ladder scratch marks and unidentified stains. Requires application by a brush so that all visible timber faces are stained. Tradesperson to provide their own their tools . We will provide the products required.

Two internal doors, need new doors and doors to be installed and framing modification to allow for weather expansion. Frames need modification as the current doors don't seem to allow for expansion during weather changes. Carpenter/ builder / skilled handyman with some chippy experience. Thanks !
