I have a timber fascia that needs to be changed at my house

We need a custom single size loft bed frame with slats and ladder built for a space that has only 1900mm length available between the walls, and slightly less at the floor due to the skirting boards. Most commercially available loft beds are around 1960mm long. We would like a simple loft bed constructed from pine or hardwood, not treated pine or mdf. The bed could be constructed offsite, but the room would need to be measured up so that the bed fits. This job would suite a cabinet maker or carpenter. Carpenter needed to add alcove shelves in Victorian house. Shelves need to 122m wide and 23cm deep. Would like 5 shelves to be installed in a white Matt finish using spray painted MDF, low sheen melamine or similar with reasonable thickness (at least 20mm) for strength. Pull up a old deck and place wood by a shed

I would like to install a dishwasher into a kitchen without an existing alcove for one. Cabinetry will likely require extensive modification however don't need to be perfect as this is a temporary solution. Please see photos and Sketch Up model - preferred install method is to remove cabinet that extends into kitchen and place dishwasher to left of sink.
