A leak coming from the built in wardrobe must have sipped into the rest of the room warping my floorboards. We need to find source of the leak and then rectify. I need a skilled, experienced plumber who has investigated leaks in strata buildings. You will need to be insured and properly licensed (please share documents). Source of leak is unlikely to be the aircon or laundry adjacent to the room. Could be due to mains supply or pool which is adjacent to the room.
