Kitchen Turn the kitchen door into a wall, and change the window to a sliding door (highlighted in yellow). Match the outside cladding after converting the door to a wall (if possible) Install a timber frame around the new sliding door. 3. Downstairs Cover the walls (except the brick pillars on both sides of the windows). Construct walls for the garage toilet as we are planning to build a new bathroom (highlighted in green). Construct walls for for kitchen and laundry (highlighted in green) External Shed - repair external floor board and paint Carport - repair existing one Optional items: Replace both garage doors with sliding doors (highlighted in yellow.)

Build a new kitchen asap. Using pretty much what’s in the picture glossy cupboards, handles same as pic, stone bench. Roughly 2 metres long and 0.8 metres on the shorter side. You Supply all materials.

I’m renovating my property and looking for a quote on a sand and varnish of the timber flooring in lounge. Doesn’t appear to have any varnish on top as has been covered with carpet. There are nails and tracks but the tracks will be removed prior, nails I'm hoping to remove prior. No skirting boards. I don’t have the measurements on me but can provide them if needed.
