I need help fixing squeaky floors on the second floor. The issue seems to be that the subfloor was nailed to the joists rather than screwed. I’m looking for someone skilled in securing the subfloor to the joists using screws, which I hope will resolve the squeaking without needing to remove the subfloor. The carpets have already been removed. The house was built in 1998.

I am seeking an individual or team with experience installing Costco's Yardistry Grand Gazebo. Requirements: * Experience with assembling Costco's Yardistry Grand Gazebo preferred. * The manufacturer does not provide anchoring hardware. The post mounts feature a 1/2” diameter hole for anchoring. The installer will need to procure suitable bolts/anchoring hardware and securely bolt the gazebo to the concrete slab.
