Need to cut back one leg of a wooden chair to fit next to stairway, we recently retiled the area and chair no longer fits, photo attached The original cut back took our handyman 10 minutes in total

We want to fit flexible wall panels to a wall feature behind the TV. (See photo.) Finished panel area is 2100mm wide with a 100mm return on each side, and 2250mm high. There will be two cutouts (shown in red outline) for the top niche and behind the TV. Panels when ordered are 2400mm x 600mm and have black felt backing (see https://www.bunnings.com.au/prempanel-2700-x-600-x-21mm-oak-timber-acoustic-panel_p0455959) You will need a circular saw and basic carpentry skills to make a small timber frame to fill the area between the nib and the floor. You will need to visit the site to measure up beforehand.

Kitchen cabinet laminates are chipped and old, some of the shelves inside are also chipped. Would love someone to fix this and help us change the colour too. I would love to assign task after a sight visit. We have had to replace a large oven with a small one. We need a housing built to house the oven with a shelf above for a microwave. All in white timber is fine, price is flexible, however, job needs to be done before next Tuesday as it's a holiday apartment being rented again Tuesday.
