We have an office area in which the carpet has become stained. We had a large roll left over from the original job a few years ago which I would like to utilise in replacing to the best it can be done the stained areas, requires a pull up of the old and replace with the new. It is a rented property and so I may or may not move in the future so don't want to buy new carpet and do the whole job.

"Back doors have bowed with the heat coming off their tracks" - the heat has caused the back doors to warp or curve out of shape, likely due to the wood expanding unevenly from exposure to high temperatures, causing them to bulge outwards, particularly along the edges. Door has stuck and come off tracks. I need to have palings installed to an existing shed at the front and back . The palling will need to be painted black to match the garage . Photo of existing garage and then the type of paling we want to have installed onto it.

The upright post and main timber joint has rot - in the corner only. The rotted section needs to be cut out and new timbers affixed to retain the structural integrity. It doesn't need to be entirely rebuilt. The plastic roofing sheets also require replacement. You will need to be a decent chippie to do the timber-work. >> Material cost will be reimbursed in cash.

We are about to settle on this property next Monday, and we would like a tradesman to help us maximise the space by putting in shelves. Just moved houses and my fridge is too high for the cavity. I need the cupboard above to be removed, cut down a further 60-70mm (from the top)to make it shorter, and reinstalled. Current dimensions are: 88w x 45h x 50d.
