We have a small cafe in Manly and we need a few small scale jobs completed instore after hours. 1. (convert a cupboard into 2 drawers)x 2 - custom drawers will be required as there are obstructions in the back of the cupboards 2. remove a panel wooden panel above a doorway and reinstall panel with an access door in the new panel.

My stand up desk is broken so I'm replacing it with a slightly smaller one. I need someone to take away the old desk (170cm by 75cm) and build me the new one (150cm x 70cm) which I have on site. I did have someone look at my old desk to see if they could repair but they could not. However, if you're willing to repair the electrics it might work again. The rest of the desk is fine and could easily be recycled (which would be great). The desk will be quite heavy so you would need two people to take the old one away I would think. I'd love to get this done by the end of the week but am not available tomorrow (Wed). Please let me know if you have any questions.

Cut 6 x templates from birch plywood sheets Rectangular middle with wavy edge frame that has been drawn onto the wood. Sand frames, stain wood and attach 2mm MDF backing board and screws. Sizes 2 x 800 x 1100 4 x 600 x 800 Must be picked up, done off site and returned. All materials supplied

Wall mount a fake electric fireplace (see picture) and create a white brick hearth (or travertine stone/tiles) in a small circular or rectanagular shape design. Note: Bricks don't even need to be cemented down - we essentially can cut around the carpet to create the semi-circle/ square hearth. Picture 2 is just an example of how it can be done. Looking for a carpenter or handyman with the skills and experience to install 19mm x 19mm Ovolo to existing skirting boards in a house in Manly. The Ovolo is supplied and is painted. Approx. 60m of ovolo to be installed to all straight walls. I have highlighted in yellow where the ovolo is to be installed on the attached floorplan. Flat Roof 9 m x 3 m on 2 level building- remove old corro sheets and fit new trim deck sheets, flashing etc. additionally secure/fix 10 mtr of existing suffit. You'll need own scafold and 7 m ladder and tools including nibbler. Materials quoted at $1200. The job is one days work for competent trade.
