Hello looking for quotes to get and install wooden railings in one set of stairs

I don't have the materials, so I need someone with the materials and the skills for a project like this. I've been to bunnings and ikea and their quote was massive, so I'm looking to save money here. Where the portable table is, is where I want the kitchen island/bar. Where the bin is, is where I want the island to stop. From the ground to the bottom of the bench top is 87cm, the bench top is 2.5cm The sink depth is 56.5cm, the sink to the middle of the kitchen where the bin is placed is : 162.5cm

We don't want to wall-mount our microwave, so are hoping to have a simple timber stand built that will support at least 15kgs and lift it off the bench. The microwave is 560mm wide and 440mm deep. Ideally the stand would be 580mm × 450mm with a solid top, four legs to allow access to the powerpoint, 230mm clearance underneath and not be higher than 260mm.
