Looking to have kitchen bench sanded back and re-stained. Area to be protected from sand dust as this is open living area. Bench is 700 x 1500 top and 700 x 920 waterfall. TV Unit Need hung and needs to be structurally able carry stone top in future. Price is indication, happy to negotiate.

I have recently installed interlocking ceiling panels on our single file 3 car garage. It was fitted on an older frame and some of the gaps are tiny and some are a little bit wider i need someone local with extensive experience and skills to select which trimming and come up with a plan and finish it off to a high standard. I will pay for and supply all materials needed. It may involve a pre fitting and painting before final installation.

We have a floating jetty that needs the decking to be replaced. Job will include taking off existing wooden decking (and removing from property) and replacing with new wood or composite decking. Ideally would like someone who’s done this similar work before. Please just quote on just new wood decking for now (as I’m not sure how much extra the composite would be?). Can do any day/ time. We have purchased two small garden sheds to be installed in car spaces of Highrise at Mermaid for storage

Our kitchen counters are due to be replaced along with the cabinetry doors! We are hoping to replace the existing timber with new timber (or some other alternative if that works better, ie better for price and durability).
