Handyman/carpenter

$100

Brad is a pleasant young man doing what he can to provide for his young family. I was not so sure Brad could accomplish the task by himself in the time frame he stated but he came pretty close. It was also refreshing to see his young family members taking turns on alternating days (during school holidays) to give him a little helping hand every now and again, I have now offered Brad more project work to complete.

Assemble a Wooden shed 3.6m x 3.1m

I have a Landera Wooden Shed with rebate floor. This is what the manufacturer says......Installation of the Cedar garden shed products is a relatively simple process. The first step is to choose a nice level site in your yard. The floor is constructed either using a recommended Stilla rebated floor or HD floor kit. You can also lay a concrete slab, but our flooring kit is a more cost effective and easier option, its also easier to bolt the shed to our floor than it is to dynabolt to concrete. The HD floor has been specifically designed to reduce site works where the ground is not level. Once the floor is in position the next step is to erect the pre-made walls. Starting at the front corner, the panels are joined and gables fastened into position. The roof is then assembled on the ground, lifted into position and fastened to the walls. Next the hinges are attached to the doors, the doors fastened to the wall and the door handle installed. Finally, the corner posts, cover strips, fascias and the ridge capping are attached to complete the product. As a review people bought them and put it together themselves, usually husband and wife team. So pretty much any handyman can do it but you must know how to use tools and read instructions. I will be there to help. If you cannot do it at the nominated price I offered please do not make offer. There's a picture of the finished product. Thank you - Due date: Flexible

Complete the construction of a timber mezzanine floor in an industrial concrete panel walled warehouse. The approximate size is 10 m long x 4.2 M wide span. Framing will be with 190 or 240 x 45mm MGP10 H2 Blue Pine and covered with Screwed and Glued on 19 mm PB STRUCTAFLOR YELLOW TONGUE. Columns and side supports as per attached pictures. All building materials, consumables and tools will be provided, if you prefer to supply and use your own tools, this is okay too. You will have to work in and around some stock stored on the ground floor. This can be moved for you by co-ordinating with the current tenant who is only there in the early mornings and late afternoons. Pictures show current Progress. 6 x 3 m of flooring still to be finished. The open area without a mezzanine is around 10m long and x 4.2m wide, this new mezzanine is to be built by you and should be approximately 300 to 400 mm higher than the current finished mezzanine floor level.
