hi there, we have a older Haines Signature 600BR (2003 circa) boat. Looking for local experienced handyman - old bucket seats have had their day, so swapping for these different style seats. Mainly because can seat 4 pax / not just 2 and they are in better condition too. - just need unbolt/unscrew old boat seat mounts on floor and rebolt/screw (i guess with brackets or parts from bunnings) new seats to floor of boat, can purchase bracket/small parts to screw/bold/hold down in position. Open to suggestions. Can get access easily to inside edge of seats (as per photos). They can be screwed into easily. Open to suggestions. Need someone to remove 2 wooden bunk beds - the house came with them. They look like they are attached to the plaster wall Prefer if you can take the timber away and patch up the plaster. Happy to pay extra for this

The wet weather conditions over many years have rusted the base of the metal frame of my shed, as well as the bottom of the wall sheets. My plan is to have someone give me a hand securing some metal brackets between the concrete slab and the metal sheeting using dynabolts and fasteners. This will prevent the shed from rustling in the wind until I can get it replaced. Any questions sing out. I can supply the metal brackets as shown in the photo, I don’t have dynabolts or fasteners as I’m not certain as to the correct ones. The shed wall is 4m long with 3m affected by rust and swaying. Probably best to go all the way along.

Our new cubby house has arrived. And we are looking to have it assembled and painted.
