Left a pot on the TV unit and there is now a black ring stain (see photo). Keen to have the stain removed but don't have the know-how myself.

I have 4 coffee tables, 7 side tables and 4 console tables made in reclaimed elm with a clear varnish on it which I want removed. They are quite textural so a flat electric hand sander won’t be suitable unless you also are happy to also go in with actual sandpaper sheets by hand to get into the grooves. I have sanded some in the past by hand with sheets of 80 then 180 grit sandpaper which took approx 15 mins for me per table but someone stronger with the right tools could do quicker. I’m hoping someone may have a sandblaster or something similar to do it quickly and get into the grooves of the timber. I want it back to its raw state. Example of timber materials attached. Looking for a carpenter to add trim to the top, side and bottom of our bookcases to make them look nicer and built in. The bookcases are Ikea Billy with height extensions and Oxberg doors. Note this is an apartment with steel wall studs, and the bookcases are already fixed to the walls. It might require two visits - first to measure, second to install. This would include: 1) Base trim to go along the bottom of the bookcases - approximately 8.5cm tall and 200cm wide. 2) One vertical piece of timber to go along the left side of the bookcase where it meets the wall - approximately 261cm tall (to the ceiling), and 40cm wide (would need to be cut to fit along the wall edge) 3) Boarding above the bookcases to extend them to the ceiling - approximately 24.5cm tall, 200cm wide, and 28cm deep. 4) Subtle moulding on the top of the bookcases along the ceiling to make it look built in. You would be supplying all materials so please include that in the cost. I think we would want it to be done in something like pine but am open to suggestions if you think there is a better option. All painted white to match the bookcases please.
