Build deck with steel beams / joists / bearers and timber decking. Not affixed (floating / free standing) and less than 200mm off the ground. One main deck of 3.25m by 8m Plus one smaller deck of 5.4m by 0.9m

Remove existing kitchen marble bench tops and return to reinstall after cabinet maker has installed new cabinetry. Plumbing will be capped and configuration not changing. Marble is in 3 pieces. Kitchen Island 3160mm x 950mm (with join in centre of sink at 1880mm) Kitchen wall 910mm x 560mm 1025mm x 560mm Marble must remain undamaged Must have blankets to safely lay marble on floor until reinstallation. Will be heavy so you will need a helper to lift. Price includes initial attendence for removal and then reattendence for reinstall. Happy to pay for any products needed for reinstall. Need a cabinet maker fast to remove vanity, replace kitchen doors/draw fronts, replace end panels and doors to outdoor cabinet and remove and replace laundry bench top.
