Hi all, I’m looking for a reliable person who can pop in on Thursday afternoon and create a platform for an Ikea wardrobe to sit on. Ultimately I’m hoping to turn this into a built in and am looking to raise it off the ground. It will be a wall mounted job from IKEA who are coming on Friday morning. I’ll also need to add some MDF boards to the brick wall it will be fixed to in order to help create that built in look. No painting required, just create the platform, affix the MDF boards and then finish the top framing and add more MDF post installation. Pics are of the space (between sliding door and fixed door), a very crude drawing of the overall structure, the wardrobe and an example photo of what I’m after.

Remove and repair or repaint timber veneer cabinet doors.

Base of wooden verandah posts need repair. New footings laid and stirrups put in to hold posts x 3 support will be needed to hold verandah roof while work carried out. This will allow for new timber verandah to be put in.

I would like to remove and relocate an L-shaped kitchen as I am installing new flooring. The job would involve helping to remove kitchen countertops and cabinets without breaking them so it can be separated and reinstalled once the flooring is in. Some cabinet work may be required.

Pre varnished cedar ceiling panels are peeling and look terrible. I need the peeling varnish scraped off ~10-15sqm and then a cedar stain applied to the raw cedar to help the colour blend in.

Change size of built in oven space from 70 cm to 60 cm

we removed a stud wall that was less than 1 vinyl timber plank thick. we have spare vinyl planks and now we need someone to fill the gap. its one plank wide and 4m long.

I would like a wooden shade structure built, below is a photos of where I would like the shade structure, it's empty atm as I moved the pots for access to cut down a tree but I've included a photo of what it looks like with the pots in place which are what I'm looking to cover. I was thinking a rectangular structure about 2000 high 3500 long and 2300 deep roughly. The top, back and sides would be covered in 50% black shade cloth.

It looks as though some water or oil has spilled from the fridge onto the floorboards in the kitchen. We wish to either clean or replace the boards as soon as possible. Price negotiable. Happy to pay for a job well done.

Cabinet to be constructed to enclose a water heater in the kitchen. 2 sides are the walls of the apartment, the third side is roughly 2400 tall x 630 wide, the front opening (either a single or 2 half -doors) is about 650 wide. I have an IKEA panel 2430 x 900 that (cut down) can be used as the 'side', plus an IKEA panel 2400 x 630 that can be used as the door (doors). - Due date: Before Thursday, 10 November 2022
