To build a custom set of 2 x 3 sets of drawers under each set of built in desks that already exist. Total number of 9 drawers (4 x 3 in each set). Please see hand drawn diagram and picture of existing built in desks for details. Front of drawers to be painted in a matt finish to co-ordinate with wardrobe doors and room colour. I can supply handles. Top drawer to not be as deep as the bottom two as will be used for make-up.

Handyman/carpenter needed to repair and install new fence posts where needed and replace and paint skirting boards. May need to source materials for this at my cost - full job from identifying issues, sourcing materials and installing and painting if necessary

I need a quote for refreshing small kitchen with new cabinets and redesign laundry area in kitchen.

Preparing semi for sale. We require a carpenter (or builder or very skilled handyman) for various jobs around the house. The work is required to be started and completed asap (ideally between August 9th - 18th). Please provide quote for one full 8 hour day including airtasker fees. Please also state what your regular hourly and daily rates are (not including airtasker fees). Expect there will be 3-5 full (8 hour) days of work. Materials will be reimbursed separately on presentation of receipts. Painting and rubbish removal not required. If you also want to take this on then we can discuss, but we're trying to do some of the work ourselves to save costs. Jobs (in order of priority) include, but not limited to: 1. Repairing/replacing rotten timber on external deck and stairs. Some parts may be able to be cut out and patched, others will need to be replaced including 2-3 posts and 3-4 stair treads. Posts and stairs are bolted in. 2. Remove old and install new timber bases/trim to 5 verandah posts. Old house, nothing is square so needs to be measured and mitred on site. 3. Patch bottom of 2 external timber doors to garage and door jambs to garage and laundry with timber and/or builders bog. 4. Replace some rotten/damaged weatherboards on garage, or suggest and carry out alternative repair methods. 5. Replace rotten piece of timber/lattice on front fence. 6. Install 3 IKEA Metod cabinets in laundry. Cabinets will already be assembled but require you to build a plinth (roughly 2m x 60cm) for them to sit on and to attach them to the wall and exisiting bench top and trim as necessary. Basic plumbing skills would come in handy for this job but also happy to hire a plumber for an hour to assist. If this all goes well then there is another 2-3 days of work to be done internally. Looking for someone respectful and discreet, mindful of our neighbours. Weekdays only for external work. Internal work can be done on weekdays or weekends.

Our Oak wooden bench has collapsed on one side of it due to excessive weight.On the collapsed side two of the screws have punctured through the wood. Needs fixing or replacing joining part.

Build small timber deck in backyard of semi-house, with composite decking - directly off the back of the lounge room, but below / in-line with the bottom brick step. Currently there are bricks there - happy to put deck over the bricks. There is a 60cm x 60cm drain in the corner of the applicable area. Deck area is approx. 2.5m x 4.5m. Height for new timber from the brick surface would only be approx. 20cm to 30cm - so you can walk straight out of the semi-house and onto the new composite deck. Mostly a rectangle area, except for the sides, which will wrap around the gazebo shape of the back of the house. Looking for a fairly low cost solution on this project. Design, build/install.
