Hi Team, We are looking for a qualified tradie to come to our unit to measure and quote for new skirting boards throughout, including installation and painting (tradie to supply all tools and equipment, however we will supply final coat paint). New flooring (floating) was installed in 2021, but skirting boards were not done then. Current skirting boards are original from 1960s and are not flush or even. There is no carpet at all in unit. We do require quote to be done after 5:30pm on weekdays, or AM on a Saturday pending availability. Note there are 2 medium size dogs that reside in unit, but we will be in attendance when quote takes place. Thank you.

I need a QBCC-licensed carpenter, cabinetmaker or joiner to do a 16mm MDF kicker/baseboard under already-installed media cabinetry (pictured; approx 3325mm long, 315mm deep). This is to provide a suitable substrate for another trade to provide the finish. Best to visit site to measure up before making. Flexible with budget for reasonable adjustments.

The location is a courtyard with an alcove large enough to fit the 2.25 x 0.78x 1.82 shed. The floor of the courtyard is concrete with an epoxy coating. The ground has an uneven fall between 18mm and 22 mm, so the shed will need packing to stand straight and sealing to be waterproof. Please ignore budget, i just need quotes. I have 2 areas in my property with obvious scratches to the timber floor. One is more surface level, the other has a slightly deeper gouge and ripple to the floor.
