We have a stair tread that is in need of urgent replacement. It is a 1500w tread but unsure of the depth/height but I'm getting those details shortly and will update the task. For pricing - can get a hardwood cut to size tread from Underwood Demolition Market for about $49 - $66. Budget will include this cost.

Purchased a 5x2m aluminium pergola from Luxi Living. It is a flat pack and requires assembly and installation onto a concrete slab (tiled finish). 4 aluminium posts to be bolted down and a flat louvred roof. Structure height approx 2.3m. Installation instructions on company website. This is probably a two person job.

2X pocket doors require the grooves for the hardware made deeper to accommodate Gainsborough hardware. Built in wardrobe project has approximately a 5-6 cm gap up top that require to be remedied for a built in look. Open to suggestions/offers, flexible with timings but ideal in there next week or two.

I need to close up the stair case and build a wall along the handrail and a door at bottom of stairs so upstairs room can become a bedroom

As part of investigating and trying to remove a mould outbreak, I need someone to break down at least the left two of the four built in cabinets (those I think are mould affected) and subject to what we find behind them, then remove any unrepairable parts.
