Remove existing timber decking fixed to a concrete slab beneath to allow for a new timber deck to be built. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23rd Oct 2021

Due to exposure to rain, the two panels on the left hand side of our bi-fold doors do not open. When you attempt to open the two left side panels, you can see that it starts bending and cracking the wood along the bottom of the panel. See pics showing the inside and outside of the left side panels, with the current damage visible. Also pictured is the bottom of the far right panel, showing some cracking. That panel opens ok, but gets stuck a bit when closing by touching at the base. This looks to be related to some hardware that is not secured properly (pictured - being the first pic). All of the attached pictures are of and around the stuck left side panels, besides the first pic (being right side) and the one pic showing all the panels. Task is to: - Fix the two left panels that are completely stuck closed and need repairing, so that all five panels open and close correctly and any visible damage is repaired. - Fix the visible wood damage shown at base of two other panels - Adjust right hand side panel hardware (and any other panels) so that the panels open and close without sticking
