Work needs to be completed 11 - 12 March, with possibility to extend to 13 March if required. We will supply all timber. Before painters arrive on 13 March, we need to remove and replace all timber mouldings (cornice, skirting and architraves included) in a three bedroom two-storey home recently purchased. It’s a fixer upper so you can expect some mouldings to be missing, and the general state of the property is in need of attention. There are a few other odd jobs such as window jams etc. and minor repairs resulting from half finished jobs by previous owner. To give an idea of work involved, we have previously been quoted which resulted in estimate of 190lm architrave and 130lm skirting plus cornice.

Note there is a slight indent on the LH side, it would be ideal if you could make the shelves wrap around there so they fill the L-shaped space.
