I need a qualified builder to inspect and provide a quote for repairing/replacing the rotten sections of the handrail on my front steps/porch. As shown in the attached photos, some parts of the wood have deteriorated significantly and need attention. Looking for someone with experience in woodwork/structural repairs to come by, assess the extent of the damage, and suggest a solution. New Fridge does not fit in its kitchen space due to cupboard located above the fridge space. Cupboard has two shelves, of which one can be removed to create space for the fridge. Cupboard doors will need to be reduced in length to match the adjusted cupboard size.

We have recently purchased a new caravan and looking to create two shelves in bottom cupboards to help utilise cupboard space. One cupboard has multiple pipes/cords so would need a higher shelf. We have an ikea PAX walk in wardrobe that needs to be built. The wardrobe is currently in flat packs and we’d also like you to frame out the bottom (build platform) and add skirting (supplied) to make it seem “built in”. There is an “inspo” picture to show example of skirting/ kickboard for the framing look. We will supply skirting and have this available now. This will require handyman/ carpentry skills. Whole room size is 297 long, 240cm wide.

Currently installing a retaining treated timber sleeper retaining wall. Will require cleaning, a light sand to remove sharp edges, splinters etc. and applying a decking oil or similar for the finish. Square metres to be finalised, approx. 100m2. The photo is just a sample.
