I need a skilled cabinet maker or handyperson to design, build and install a cabinet to fill the gap above my fridge. The space previously had cabinetry, which has been removed. Best if this matches the rest of the kitchen, if possible

I burned the kitchen bench. Some people tell me to buy some vinyl to cover the damage (and using a heat gun). And some people tell me to buy laminate paint (it's better I think, because the bench is in laminate). I don't have any materials and I think it's better if you can buy the paint for me and other things we need (I will pay the bill of course), because I'm really bad in this field so I don't know how to do it. In the picture you can see the different measure of the bench. I don't know to if we have to cover all the bench or just the hole.
