Had a floor sander booked in but they cancelled last minute. Looking to get my floors sanded and stained a darker walnutish colour. - Around 90m2 of floor - single level house no stairs inside house. - 3 bedrooms, 2 living, hallway and small kitchen area.

Need to build new timber hardwood deck. Area 3.7m x 3.7m.

New stairs installed. Need the stairs sanded and stained. Will include also the under part of the stairs. Will supply paint based on your recommendation. Need to have experience. Will require work to be done in the next week or so. Can discuss further. Painting of balustrades not included.

Hi I would like my outdoor table professionally sanded back and stained. I don’t have any equipment so the quote would have to include the materials, stain, sander etc. I’d also be open to having it tiled instead of staining (to make it more weather resistant), if anyone can do that as another option. I’m looking to replace the timber stairs (ie the planks stained red) with new pieces of treated pine timber I’ve just had cut. Unfortunately some of the screws holding the old stairs have decayed and aren’t coming out. I think they may need to be pried out. Anytime Thursday or Friday this week would be good for me.

Looking for someone to apply timber deck stain (I’ll supply the stain) must take care to mask off edges with tape so as to not get stain on any of the other painted or metal surfaces. Job needs to be done before 5th December.
