I plan to make changes to the free standing wall to become collapsable for transport. This includes changing the frame it stands on so the legs fold inwards. Idea would be to cut it horizontally, add hinges to make it foldable and change the current frame.First two photos are as current, two photos showing hinges are an idea of what we would like. Will pay for parts on top, reusing frame wood is a bonus. Task will require the use of own tools. Thank you🙏

Hi, I’ve purchased x2 laminate benchtops from IKEA. One is to go on top of my IKEA 140cm long kitchen island bench (cabinets) that is already assembled. I need the benchtop cut to size and screw into ready to go frame, then use the 2nd benchtop to cut /install waterfall sides to the kitchen island. x4 cuts in total = *Cut each end of benchtop (x2 cuts) * Cut each waterfall piece for each side/end of island (x2 cuts) * Glue waterfall sides to benchtop. I’d like the job done after 1pm tomorrow 30th March. I’ll pay $300 if you’ll also screw in the back x2 panels (140cm wide in total) to back of island & install the kickboard to base of front of island. *Only experienced in this type of work to respond please. Please note, we haven’t inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don’t have a floor plan yet, but we’ll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * Removing and replacing 4 shelves in bedroom wardrobes, adding a clothes rail in each. One bedroom has corner storage.
