Work required: • Sand back deck + stairs (1 step down), including sides of stairs and deck • Stain deck + stairs (2x coats - water based is fine) • Replacement of 1x timber board that has started to slightly sag on stairs (see photos - may not need replacing but happy to chat through) Deck Size: ~60sqm Current condition: stain is good in most parts but the current stain has come off in a number of areas.

I'm needind a low storage type unit built to use as a platform for an animal enclosure under some stairs. It needs to be about 140cm long, 65cm deep and 30cm high. I need this to be able to withhold a weight of about 60-70kg so will need to be timber. Something like the below picture

Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We’re looking for a quote from a carpenter to assist with the following. Please note, we haven’t inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don’t have a floor plan yet, but we’ll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * Removing and replacing 4 shelves in bedroom wardrobes, adding a clothes rail in each. One bedroom has corner storage. Same as above for the pantry, which also has corner storage (approx. 5 shelves). * Replacing 9 internal doors and adding door handles. * Skirting the entire property. * Laying hybrid flooring (ideally over kitchen tiles, but if not feasible, for 4 rooms only). * Replacing some (2 or 3) timber panels around the outdoor spa with composite planks. *Fix a strut that is split in the roof with strapping or coach bolts. * Potentially replacing the front door and frame.
