After building a timber or steel insulated stud wall on the 2nd floor to extend the half wall all the way to the ceiling, measurements are in the 1st photo, these are as accurate as they can be however measurements will be required prior to construction: - Remove half height wall cap - Construct stud wall with insulation - Cornice to match existing - Painted to match the existing colour of the wall. The distance from the stairs to the top of the half height wall is 3600mm, something to be wary of for access. Aircon will be removed.

Please note, we haven’t inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! We don’t have a floor plan yet, but we’ll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * Removing and replacing 4 shelves in bedroom wardrobes, adding a clothes rail in each. We’ve installed the panels and door for our Easyshed 1.5mx3mx2.1 Skillion roof. Just need someone or someone’s to assemble the 4x shed panels and roof together, then fix to the concrete slab.
