I can help as a mature aged junior learning diy, I have strength and climb ladders. I have installed my own floating floor boards in all of my unit, cutting out templates for a perfect fix, using my jigsaw. OR THAT CAN BE A NO FROM YOU AND I WILL LEAVE YOU TOO IT. Two pieces of wood are missing as you will see in pictures I have provided, this was part of purchase price, already know factor. Tell me what to get and I will go to Bunnings, my favourite shop. You will see in images circled parts missing. This Pergola is replacing my old one of 35yrs demolished end 2024, in same position only half the size. The Kit comes with a step by step highly detailed large instruction manual of how to easiery assemble with everything supplied, except the handy person with tools and knowledge. This project is too big for me, not quiet Ikea size. My nephew is a carpenter with his own business he would do this for me, but he lives in Narooma NSW too long a drive here and back. I would not ask him to do that he is too busy with work and little ones.

Remove old paint/stain, power rinse/clean, sand (if required/raised grain) and oil outdoor deck, posts and hand rails (see photos). I’ll supply wood stripper, stain and oil (Cutek). Deck size 8mx3m (24sqm) 8x posts Please provide a detailed offer and include all tools/equipments to complete the job. Posts and hand rails had one coat oil applied when installed, but no stain/UV added. Steps shown on the photo are not included, as it’s getting repaired and will be oiled at that time. Thanks.

Paint stained architraves, doors and skirting boards white. There are approximately 7 standard doors to be painted, then two large family room doors and windows (one side only) and skirting boards, architraves and two bifold doors (both sides). Also tow large windows. All together there are one bedroom, one lounge room, one family room and one hallway.

I have a van which is being used a lot, I had cut long time timber framing for it but they are now all broken. I will supply the timber just need someone to cut the timber and mount it inside the frames
