We are in the process of sanding back our dark stained staircase in newly finished build. We have done most of the top flight, landing, including handrail. We require the second landing, handrail and bottom flight sanded back. We have the sanders and will supply sandpaper etc. Please note we do not require the risers to be sanded as we will be using VJ panelling here. The treads will need to be completely sanded back as these will be raw/clear coat. The sides, handrail etc will be primed and painted white so these don’t need to be as meticulously sanded. I have attached an image of what we hope to achieve. Please note there is no painting required, only sanding. I am happy to pay by an hourly rate or daily rate. - Due date: Flexible
