I have had new hard wood floors installed upstairs and need the end panelling installed to finish the job. I have attached an picture example of what I am looking for and a picture of the current flooring and finish around the staircase. There is roughly 5m of panelling required.

Need to oil and stain two wooden facades at from of our property. May need two coats (to be discussed). Ground facade is approx. 3m x 0.75m x 0.35m. First floor balcony facade is approx. 2.5m x 0.75m x 0.35m. We can supply oil and stain (Cuetek Extreme CD50 - light oak). Would like to get it done ASAP. Can discuss date and price.

I need a support built out for extended bench tops that will create an ‘L’ shape. The frame will most likely need to be made out of steel. I was looking to have a column support built for the corner joint wrapped with half dowel cladding.

Front double doors need staining to a lighter wood, both sides. I’ve popped a photo of the current colour, and then second photo is what I’d like :)

Modify overhead cabinets: Raise doors up approx 40mm (possibly need to cut one new hinge hole in each door) Cut out bottom shelf and remount on angle brackets within the cupboard (if possible). Was going to butcher it myself, but would like to keep the shelf. - Due date: Flexible
