We are looking to have some work done on our house: 1. Install a new external deck (1m wide x 1.2m long - variable depending on where the support posts land belowl) that is attached to the house. 2. Supply, build and install new external stairs from the new deck down to ground level (approximate drop of 1.5m) including a level pad/landing. Steel or timber stair frames, timber stairs treads and wire ballustrading to match existing deck. 3. Remove an existing window and replace it with an inside opening external door. The new door frame needs to have enough room to accomodate an outward opening security door when completed. Where the window was needs to be built in and a section replaced with new minimum 20mm thick clear acrylic/perspex. Gap between door frame and perspex will need to be built in with studs/gyprock. 4. Finish works to high standard as this will be a feature of the house. Outside to be painted to match existing, inside to be painted to match existing, all rubbish (including the old window) is to be taken away. The floors, concrete and deck need to be protected during the works as they are new. Please include to supply all materials, labour and trades as well as disposing of rubbish, soil and the old window. A few prompts on what to make sure you include are all plastering works to professional standard so it passes a building inspection, solid core external door, door frame, hinges, trims and skirting, balustrade, step treads, decking, minimum 20mm clear acrylic sheeting for new window, plasterboard, gyprock, external sheeting board, stair frames, stair ballustrading, posts, concrete, stirrups, door fittings/handle/lock, screws, bolts, bearers, joists, studs, nails, screws, glue, tools and consumables and everything else needed to complete the job. We can supply the paint for the inside and external house works. If you can do the entire scope that would be fantastic, however if not please just let me know which parts you can complete. We have more photos so please just message for more as the app only allows 8 to be posted with the ad. As there a quite a few materials needed I am happy to pay for these before the entire job is completed if the app allows.

I don’t need it perfectly removed, I just need it gone so I can timber board over the area to match up with the timber floor surrounding it.
