I need to replace the bathroom cabinet bench top as some of the exisiting bench top was damaged when the sink was removed. All materials would need to be supplied and a hole cut out in the bench top for the new sink.

A timber step has broken / rotted and needs replacing.

We have a void that was previously a window - would like a cabinet either built to fit the space, or a pre-fab one fitted into the space/void with some architravibg surrounds. I really have no idea regarding cost so have just put a random amount in.
