I have two rooms sharing a cabinet system that needs modification. A cabinet maker will handle the cabinet renovation, but I need someone to handle the gyprock/plasterboard work for the opening and closing sections. Scope of Work: 1. Room 1 • Perform a full cutout to increase the width and height of the cabinet opening under the cornice (cornice must not be damaged). • Ensure all structural integrity is maintained; add timber for support if required. 2. Room 2 • Remove the frame and single hinged door of the cabinet and fully close the opening with plasterboard. • Ensure the closure is neat and aligned. 3. General Requirements: • Patch and paint any damage to the back wall caused during the process. • Perform necessary plastering work for a smooth finish. • Dispose of all rubbish (or leave it prepared for council pickup). • Photos of the current setup are attached for reference

Our kitchen cupboard has an open gap against the wall cavity in which cockroaches etc are getting into the cupboards. I need someone to fit a large piece of timber in the cupboard to close off the gap.

The woodwork railing/trim on our verandah has become very chipped and worn and need repair or replacement. Looking for a qualified carpenter to come and replace the railing, the complication in the railing to connects to some vertical bannisters that connects to the roof, so the wood will need to cut around the bannister and replaced. It will need someone more skilled than I to assess what needs to be done, not just simply replacing the offending chipped piece of wood. The verandah is 3.3m long with the bannisters at the 30cm and 3m mark, so there are three lengths: 2x 30cm lengths and 1x 2.7m length. Height is 8cm. Please see photos provided. Difficult to quote on price so please provide a quote to cover labour, expertise and appropriate materials. All quotes considered, not simply the cheapest. Thanks!

I would like kitchen cabinets made and to build a kitchen islan on wheels

I'm looking for a carpenter or handy man that can help me enclose 2 sides of a pergola. Check image attached. I want to enclose the 2 sides where the fence is. I'm hoping I could install screen panels similar to the attached, however these are not long enough and I need something attractive to fully enclose it.
