Large dining table to be sanded and refinished

Build a small (2x2m) composite deck in my courtyard. I already have the decking boards (eko-deck) and fixings. Builder to supply and install joist and associated fixings for frame. Strong preference for someone who has worked with composite decking in the past. Location is at an Airbnb so forward planning required for job to be complete at a time when there are no guests at the location.

I want a bar style table built to house my music equipment. I can supply examples and measurements upon request. I am only looking for a simple solution made from relatively cheap materials, but am happy to discuss alternative options if required. - Due date: Flexible

We are building an extension which is almost complete ... we have a high under floor space where wed like to pour a 3.5m x 4.0m flat slab for storage (Mower, tools, general storage etc). We would like it dome in the next 1-3 weeks, weekends preferable but M-F ok as well. Our builder quoted, but was too high .... so we are looking for a good concreter to do a very simple job. Existing ground is slightly sloping, so minor reshaping of soil required .... leaving an approx 300-400mm batter at the high end (or sleeper retaining). Length is 185cm. I want the pelmet to cover over a very basic metal track. I attached a picture with a pine pelmet and this is what i want. something basic so i can paint it same colour as the wall. We will supply the pine. Once that is done, I need some help to cut and nail some skirting board. We have all the trims here, just need someone who can cut them to size and nail them to the wall please. Skirting total length is 3 metres.

The old pavers had slumped, the timber frame work rotted. The whole thing has been removed, the timber frame replaced and the pavers placed. However a small part of the timber frame needs to be completed and the pavers need to be cut and placed by someone with this skill and capability to cut the pavers to size. There is ample supply of pavers. The area is a small entry way and one step down to a timber deck.

I’m leasing an office space and need a kitchen sink installed. Will also need the kitchen benches installed as it’s currently an empty room by builder/carpenter. Build is currently underway of other areas so likely won’t need this done for another few weeks.
