We are building an extension which is almost complete ... we have a high under floor space where wed like to pour a 3.5m x 4.0m flat slab for storage (Mower, tools, general storage etc). We would like it dome in the next 1-3 weeks, weekends preferable but M-F ok as well. Our builder quoted, but was too high .... so we are looking for a good concreter to do a very simple job. Existing ground is slightly sloping, so minor reshaping of soil required .... leaving an approx 300-400mm batter at the high end (or sleeper retaining). Length is 185cm. I want the pelmet to cover over a very basic metal track. I attached a picture with a pine pelmet and this is what i want. something basic so i can paint it same colour as the wall. We will supply the pine. Once that is done, I need some help to cut and nail some skirting board.
