Have a small deck at my front door that needs finished, basically a couple of pieces and. A step , I removed part of it for front putting patio and never got around to refitting , have all the timber , screws , nails on site. Small job wouldn’t expect more than two hours

We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there. There is a food stain on the floorboards, we have tried everything to remove it (baking soda, cleaning products) and no success. About 1 month ago we left a rubbish bag on this area for a few days and I believe some sauce at the bottom seeped through the bag and onto the ground. Hi, We need to install two metal glass doors in our downstairs and upstairs hallways. The doors will be purchased by us before the job commencement. The doors are 2340mm x 820mm and come with metal door jambs. The downstairs hallway opening is approx 2660mm x 1220mm, the one upstairs is approx 2700mm x 1000mm. In summary, we need someone to build us 2 x door frames fully plastered (painting is not required) and install the two metal doors.
