At a Scout Hall we need to hang one 3mx1.2m 6mm sheet of Villaboard (cement sheeting) and measure and cut 3 GPO holes in the board. The Villaboard is already onsite. It's likely a perfect fit or might need 1-2mm 'snap' cutting and it's a floor level wall board to be placed so it's basically no lifting and you'll have my assistance holding the board. This task is for installing and cutting one Villaboard only, however, we have another related near-term project where we will also need a small amount framing done and four more Villaboard sheets placed, you can scope this additional work when there.

Sand and stains hardwood floors 3 bedroom small home. 80sqm. See images. Already has a stain on it. No furniture in the house ready to go.

I'd like an enclosed cubby with a floor, windows and a door build under the stairs in my backyard. The wooden stairs and deck also need replacing so might be good to get this done at the same time. Happy to receive quotes, unsure how much to charge.

We have a room that is 215cm wide and 270cm tall. We want flatpacks to act as a wall, with a functioning door in the middle (so you can enter into the study). We have found 5 peices of Ikea flat packs that will fit the space, allowing for timber frames and structure to be built all around them. And secured onto the other walls, ceiling and floor. The flat packs are - side peices: 180 tall x 60cm wide and 40cm deep leaving an 80cm gap in the middle for a 72cm door. Above side peices are 60 tall x 60 wide x 40 deep and the middle above the door is 60 tall 80 wide. It leaves gaps of approx 7.5cm at each side and 10cm on the floor, middle and ceiling (of each side) and 10cm on the ceiling (for the middle door space). You'll need to cut the door so it's shorter than 204 because the gap will only be 2 metres in the middle. Drawings of this attached. We are not fixed on the 10cm floor middle and ceiling gaps, this can be done anyway, as long as the top cabinets are level with each other. We will buy the flatpacks and assemble the flatpacks. We just need someone to provide the rest of the materials- wood for the peripheral frames, the door and jam etc. and to assemble it all in the space. We need it to be very safe and stable obviously and act as a secure wall and door.

Looking for a skilled professional to sand back my outdoor deck and re oil/stain. Deck size is approx 5m x 5m includes built in bench and side wall. Location Pascoe Vale. Replace sliding wardrobe door panels (need to be measured and installed) . As current have been damaged (both panels ) have the tracks . Can be replaced with the same material or mirror whatever is cheapest and quick . Tracks and existing doors are still on the wardrobe. Cream colour and silver trim at the moment . Measurements approx: The opening width in total is 1690 wide 2 doors at 860 including frame width of 20mm approx. H 2100 mm From the bottom of the track it slides up to the top inside the frame is 2130mm heigh .

Finish installing shed. 3.75meters by 1.5meters on to concrete slab. Walls and roof have been built.

remove and replace 4 drawers in kitchen including sliders etc.The existing front base board could be reused. Replace existing sagging shelf in cupboard. General adjustment and repair of some doors and hinges as necessary. Advice and possible upgrade of existing corner cupboards if possible. Modern slide out options etc. if able to be retrofitted.

Looking to see if anyone could help with some home renovations and getting some cabinetry. I’d love to chat about what I’m after in the kitchen - it’ll be a total make over. We’re basically gutting everything and starting again. Will be installing an island bench with deep drawers as well as a large pantry and cabinetry on the wall around the stove/oven and above head cabinets. In the bathrooms we’re doing two small floating vanities. The laundry will have a bench, sink and above head cabinets as well as a full length cupboard. I’m considering building in our ikea wardrobes into the space, but open to discussing this as well.
