Sand and stain Merbau deck, steps and landscaping merbau edges. They are in good condition. Task is to Sand and remove current coating or use wood paint stripper instead of sanding. Screw down any loose boards with missing deck screws (just few I have noticed), apply wood rejuvenation treatment to remove greying. After that 2 coats of topcoat. I can supply Intergrain for topcoat. Later there can be task for backyard deck restain potentially.

Require someone to finish building my gaming PC. Have built most of it just need someone to tidy it up and fix up any mistakes. PSU needs installing and all chords connected. Wouldn't take too long. Happy for someone to come here and do it or I can bring it to your location.

We had hoped to put in under stairs storage but when the MDF on the side of the staircase was cut away we were told that the structure supporting the stairs could not be safely rearranged. We have given up that thought and would like someone to seal up the staircase (and install skirting) so we can paint. The area in question is flat, and the edges need to be cleaned up and a new piece of MDF cut to size, and securely (and neatly) fastened to the existing timber work. We are hoping that the finished work will be as original as possible .
