We are finishing a bathroom renovation and need a carpenter to re-build a timber frame ceiling for a small bathroom (<4 SQM)and adjoining entrance area (an even smaller size) ahead of gyprocking. We also need the old door to be refit which needs to be cut down and modified.

ikea laundry installation, bench top, cabinets, dryer vented to outside. please see below plans. still need to be finalised. but could be ready to go quickly. house was built 4 years ago and the only thing in laundry is a sink. currently tiled but would like to put in tiled back splash also. any questions let me know.

I need someone who specialises in kitchen cabinetry to make some repairs to the MDF panel on the exterior of my (in-built) dishwasher door. It has swollen up very slightly due to water exposure and isn't opening and closing smoothly. A small section of the door has also chipped off and needs repairing for aesthetic reasons. Rug cleaning and stain removal of 240cm x 330cm wool-blend rug. It needs a vacuum + clean, and treatment of stains as per the 2 photos - you can see size of photo compared to my foot (I haven’t been able to remove the stains myself). We have some damaged skirting boards (dog chewed on them). I need someone able to replace them, we ll provide the skirting boards but not the tools to cut/fix them. I have a smaller easy shed shed on my balcony and in the wind the roof has half come off. I have tied it down with rope but this is a quick fix and with the wind picking up I need someone skilled to come and secure it properly with screws. I would like someone who has built these sheds as I am not sure that they are that "Easy" despite what they advertise. I need someone to prep ground and assemble a Keter shed in my back garden, 2.3m x 3.5m. Would probably take a couple of days. It is nice flat ground but needs to be prepared properly to ensure water tight. Note I will have the site flat and tidy before you start and open to suggestions on best way to prep site, gravel, deck or pavers. The shed has a floor built into it.
