Remove existing raised wooden (double bed) frame, basic rung ladder and closet. Currently attached to two walls and single support post at forth corner. Build / install new raised wooden (king single) bed frame and custom steps. Mattress base at an approximate height of 2.1m. New design is in a similar style to the previous, fixed to two walls and support post for the forth corner. Photo (original bed frame in a nursery room) and new design / measurements are attached. I have a kwila bottom deck (6 x 5m) that has starting showing signs of wood rot in some joists causing the planks to become bouncing and unstable in places. Most of the deck is still rock solid but the rotten joists happen to be in the most trafficked area leading straight out to the back yard. For now I just need the load taken away from these joists and to have them supported by some additional hardwood screwed in alongside and the planks screwed back in neatly. I'll likely replace the whole deck in a few years so don't need to over engineer this. Flexible with time and open to ideas :)

Hi there, we bought a buffet/ hutch a few years back and have decided to turn the top half into a bookshelf. The picture shows it currently upside down. We need someone to create a base, so we can use it properly. Only carpentry and materials is needed, we will paint ourselves. We’re looking for the base to match the rest of the style (so with skirting). We don’t know much about carpentry, but it looks like a simple job for someone with the right tools. You’ll need to either bring your tools to our place to complete, or be able to transfer the buffet to your workshop as we have no way to relocate it. We are seeking a qualified carpenter to come and give us a quote and fix our flooring. We have a little bit of a slope in our timber flooring in the kitchen. We had this looked at by a builder and they don’t think it’s anything structural and advised that they think the ceiling underneath the kitchen just needs to possibly be ripped off and some more beams installed.
