Hi I have a sun deck half undercover half open, the whole amounts need resanding and treatment id imagine & some panels have rot so for sure need to be replaced, then of course need it sealed weather protected, I'm not in a rush for this and understand rain will not be in the forecast when needed to be done, where it can save (I get some products etc I'm open to also) I have to upload pics yet and I'm not sure if the total size area, Open to offers, I rent but am long term here and I have animals also that are exposed to the raw wood getting Alge mould like marks on it so is important to be done but not the fancy laquers etc, just the safe cost effective ones.
