Please note the following requirements: (1) The unit must be built on-site in Bridge Road Richmond VIC. (2) The unit needs to be occasionally assembled and disassembled. No glue or Nails to be used. Use galvanised hex head screws. (3) Timber is 90 x 45mm (MGP10) indoor framing pine (estimate you will need 10x lengths of 90 x 45 x 2400mm). (4) Platform shelf is 9mm plywood Marine AA grade hardwood. You will need 1x 2440 x 1220 x 9mm sheet). (5) See pics for approximate dimensions 2400(H) x 2000(W) x 1200mm(D) You will need a drop saw, saw horse, general carpentry tools. I will be onsite to assist. There is NO site cleanup required by you.

Open plan Living Kitchen Hallway -- wood flooring - needs sanding back and then varnished again

I need a replacement beam for a rotted one. treated pine (or hardwood etc) for outdoors, needs routing. Beam is approx 1.8m length, by 2cm x 3cm. I’m happy to deliver the existing beam so a replica can be made. The beam acts as a base for one side of a cubby. The side wall of the cubby slots into the routed section of the beam. Needs 45% angle at both ends of the beam. See photos. I have no idea of costing for this $20 timber plus labour?

Need to install IKEA cabinets onto a wall in the laundry. Cabinets are already assembled. Wall attachment railing to suit these specific cabinets has been purchased but needs to be cut to size. We need some shelving installed in a commercial property to meet increased storage needs. Current shelving was custom built but installer isn't available to do more within required time frame. I need a plinth to display artwork. A wooden rectangular prism. 100cm x 35cm x 35cm. Open at base. Painted matte white. 16mm MDF (or smaller thickness, if appropriate, to reduce weight) (Happy to consider use of different materials, especially if offcuts/scrap can be used.)
