Its 10mm to high roughly. 3.Kickboards installed 4.Space between ceiling and cabinets filled with mdf/panel offcuts

Hello, I do not have the right tools so looking for someone to replace around 3 hardwood floor panels. I have a hardwood panel ready. Need to cut out old, secure, glue and nail down newer piece. Putty gaps. Will be having all floor sanded and polished later so just looking to repair any creaking/broken panels for now Weekends are best but can try and without other days if needed. Pics 1 - a panel i have cut out. Needs timber below to secure hardwood on top 2 - correct size extra 2m panel and section that needs doing (tapped up) Thank you
