Find experienced local carpenters in Runaway Bay

Someone reversed a car into our storage shed in the car park at our apartment. Can this be repaired properly? If not, I need someone to assemble a new one.

I’ve got a stainless steel bar fastened to the rear platform of my boat. The bar has two oval flanges on each end which allows to be bolted down to the platform. These flanges are slightly bent and need to be straightened out. I then have two davit brackets (to attach small tender boat) that are also stainless steel. I do not want to drill additional holes into the boat to mount the brackets. I would rather like the brackets to be welded to the flanges.

I’ve had a few carpenter friends look at it and they don’t think it would be overly challenging but recommended I get a cabinet maker to look at it.
