Seeking Airtasker to clean, sand and stain Merbau decking (front, side and back of house). BYO equipment including deck cleaner, scotch tape to cover walls, fence etc Will provide deck stain. All items on the deck will also be moved for you prior to the job commencing. Areas to cover as per the pics provided; • Front decking • Decking at the front & side of the house • Backyard decking including seats Activities involved; • Sweep and pre-rinse areas • Sand decking & Deep clean • Apply Deck clean, scrub then rinse • Apply painter tape to relevant areas • Apply decking stain (2 coats required ) • Post job general clean up Area including deck seats approximately 118m2 Only want trades person with previous experience to apply for this task. I have an external laundry door (820x2040mm) which has water ingressing through the corners of the door. The corner of the door and the door jamb has started to rot. I need someone to come this week and repair/fill the wood and reseal the bottom of door/door jamb. I can repaint afterwards. Door will eventually be replaced but I need a temporary fix that will hopefully last a few years. - Due date: Before Friday, 29 September 2023
