Need base board removed and floor space closed to prevent rodent access.

Need a professional carpenter to help me create to alike hidden cabinets to open and close sealing the shelves here as shown in the pic. It needs to have a lock and assume like it’s part of the cabinet. Any new ideas are welcome.

Cabinetry will require modification to accomodate a new oven (specs and photos attached). Current cabinetry space measures 101.5cm height and 60cm wide, with 60cm depth. Please let me know if you need any other measurements. The cupboard above (in photo) measures 62.5cm height and 60cm wide. We are looking to install a new Zip/Billi water filter unit, which will require more space under the sink. So we will need to change the adjacent cabinetry, giving up some drawer space to make room for the larger filter unit. Work requires making a cut-out in the cabinetry wall to combine two spaces, removing some drawers while maintaining the outside optics.

Create timber frame (900 x 500 x 100 mm) as support structure to the side of broken cabinet to enforce broken corner of cabinet frame. This will ensure that draws on cabinet can slide in / out again with the enforced support. Do not wish to replace side of cabinet as it would entail detaching of draw sliders, measure to correct height and reinstall.
