As shown in the image, some of the slats are loose. The wood that holds the timber slat is rotten. Expecting a handyman to put something underneath and fix the rotten wooden slats to the newly added wooden piece. About 3-4 slats to fix. I am looking for a temporary solution that can last 3-4 years

The bathroom cabinet has been water damaged and requires repair/replacement. This is a tenanted property so for access we will need to go through the real estate agent.
