We have just stained our whole house Then we took out a door a post so we need to fill this small hole and stain to match the rest of the floor (as best we can)

We dog sat the wrong dog. 1 lounge room & 1 bedroom require full carpet clean, with several random spots requiring heavy duty pet urine stain removal. Seeking a professional with industrial equipment only - I've used my Vax shampooer with Urine Off a few times over and the problem isn't lifting. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time. Please someone who knows what they are doing come and restore the full carpet to brand new again. I'll move as much furniture as I can out of the rooms to allow a full go over as close to a "bond" level clean as possible. High end commercial spaces with polished timber floors. Tenancy 1 - 110sqm, Tenancy 2 - 161sqm. Plumbing services were no longer required and have been capped off under the floor. Previous Floor Sander & Polisher repaired the holes but these are not up to standard with mismatched colour and grains oriented the wrong way. We would like a carpenter to repair these areas by using timber similar in colour, or replacing whole boards. First image shows an area that was fixed as there was some sagging however there are far too many mismatched section. Only carpenters to respond please. $5 entered but would like an inspection and quote for the job. Must be able to start on Tuesday 8 April.

Hi, Would love your thoughts/ if any carpenters/ handy man / builders are available. Alternatively someone who specialises in decks. House was built in 1997 so it safe to say that there is no asbestos in this fibre cement sheeting board. The deck was built wrong- it sandwhiches fibre cement sheeting under the decking boards. Their attempt to waterproof the garage doesn’t allow water to drain away therefore it has created the perfect environment for mould to grow. You will also see discolour from decking oil overuse. We do not have the budget right now to rip up the whole deck for a new rebuild but we are wanting to cut out the boards underneath to allow water to drain away. Would anyone be down to cut this out from underneath? Must include tip removal of old fibre cement. Summary: We are wanting the squares in between the joists cut out. There’s about 14m length. If anyone has ideas on alternative methods of waterproofing the garage that would also be great. Thinking hanging some colorbond or looking into a product called under deck that you pitch on an angle. Happy for you to come look first just put a small fee in for a quote. Thanks

Sand and seal 3 outdoor pillars and front door (timber prep and oil seal provided)

I would like a quality grave built and installed at my mother's grave at Mount Gravatt Cemetery from high quality timber. In the future we will have granite stone and this is temporary work until then. The timbers need to be coloured and have to be resistant to rain and sun. I have taken a picture of one that is built next to my mother's grave and I want something exactly like that. The dimensions of timber used are : width: 20cm and thickness 5cm and the Dimensions of Grave are W: 120cm and L: 250cm. The sand is available in the cemetery and the box need to be filled with sand after job is done. It would be great if you have previous experience doing this.
