Need to fix the chipping of a wooden hand rail at the bottom of stairs.

I would like someone to install kitchen cabinets in my garage. I have all the cabinetry but require someone with experience to put it together and install it.

I need a 2 draw cabinet built to go in replacement of our fridge gap. The cabinet would be hip height to match the rest of the kitchen bench with 2 soft close draws. Most of the materials would be supplied.

I have ~40 treated pine posts that need to be cut lengthwise in half. This will require a table saw, and I do not own one. Please note posts are round and vary in size. Photos are attached in the comments.

There is a small water leak from the roof which has resulted in the water staining the plasterboard. Only issue is the leak is directly under the solar panels so ideally i need someone to go in the roof and seal it from the inside.

The shelves in our walk-in robe are old and beginning to crack. Looking for someone with interior design/cabinetry design experience to draft up plans/shop drawings for the construction of a built in corner bench seating with storage underneath. So that I can take it to a cabinet maker or carpenter to make it. If you know someone who can make these things, bonus! The back rest does not necessarily need to be connected to the seat part. Looking at approximately 2400mm L x 1600mm W with a depth of 600mm for the seat. Construction ideally out of wood and would love to hear options for a higher quality wood for the seat itself. Open to cushion on the seat too. Ideally we will find a 1800mm x 900mm table to fit with this built in seating. Floor plan and image of area are attached

Approx 4 x 12 area. Pressure wash deck, built in seats, privacy screens near bbq and colorbond fence. Staining of the deck (jarrah) and privacy screens (merbau). Both need a different stain to suit the wood. We like a natural look nothing too harsh. Some areas are weathered so may need a sand before to stain. To be completed by Friday 13/12/24. You’d need to bring your own equipment and materials.
