Doing a house reno and have had some of the architrave installed but need the rest finished. Have captured most of it in photos - may be a couple areas I've missed. Looking for a handyman or carpenter to do some repairs on existing external stairs. The threads need to be replaced and also the landing and possibly the timber frame below it. Hardwood threads are on site and cut to right size, just need to be drilled and then can be replace. Timber for the landing is also on site. Might need to touch up with primer the steel stringers and do some general cleaning and repairs to them if needed. Most material needed already on site.
